Our Story

A Garden Hidden in the Hills

PIÑA Kitchen & Coffee was born from a shared vision: to create a dining destination that feels a world apart, yet sits just minutes from the gateway of Clark. Conceived by designer Andreas Lundin and restaurateur April Santos, it opened in December 2023 as a sister establishment to a beloved local restaurant — bringing their combined passions for natural beauty, good food, and community into one breathtaking space.

Nestled against the lush hillsides of Sapang Bato, the restaurant is designed like a tropical hacienda — terracotta walls draped in tropical foliage, wicker lanterns hung from old trees, and a bamboo bar that glows amber at dusk. Every corner is a photograph waiting to happen, but more importantly, every dish tells a story.

PIÑA works with the nearby Aeta community to source fresh produce — a farm-to-table commitment rooted in respect for the land and the people who tend it.
